About the service

We supervise approximately 25% of the export volume of grains, by-products and veg oils in bulk, constituting as a benchmark in the market for its trajectory.

Our inspectors are highly qualified for the control of grains, by-products and oils. We have a regional training program whereby all our inspectors are trained by the same people in order to unify criteria and manage to offer our clients the same service quality in different countries. With annual training and monitoring, we manage to be the most reliable company.



At Control Union we understand that our obligation is not only to determine the quality of a product, as our vision goes further, and we focus on giving our customers a differentiated service in which we work constantly to prevent problems from happening. We are able to do this thanks to our own highly qualified personnel located in all ports and an operations team available 24 hours a day, in permanent contact with the terminals and with our clients.

We also have an execution department with extensive knowledge and experience. We seek to be an essential support for our clients before, during and after each operation, providing support to their execution departments in the following activities:

• Certificate’s issuance. In any of our 80 offices around the world.
• Forwarding and management of documents.
• B/Ls issuance.
• Advice on contracts.
• Advice on quality parameters for the evaluation of new operations.
• Search for information in destination countries.
• Courses on operations and execution.
• Consular legalizations.
